Technology Support Services

We recognize that on-site service is time consuming, disruptive, and often times, expensive.  The Goetze Service team aims to reduce this burden for our customers as much as possible by offering alternative solutions to on-site repair.  Our Technology HelpDesk is a full-solution and HIPAA compliant IT provider.  If the HelpDesk can't deliver a solution remotely, agents will work directly with our factory trained and authorized Technology Technicians to diagnose and solve the problem quickly.

Consider our Service Strategy:
Private Practices enrolled in Remote Technology Support can call the Technology HelpDesk for a first-round troubleshoot of dental technology and networked equipment, which occasionaly can lead to a solution; eliminating any need for an on-site visit that can be more costly.  If a solution cannot be found remotely, our HelpDesk agents work directly with Service Dispatchers to get a field technician scheduled to go on-site.  The benefit you receive when going through the HelpDesk first, in this case, is that the field technician will be better informed and prepared to service the issue, thus reducing the overall downtime involved in the repair.
